Shape the Future of 3D – as a Consultant with Brickland team

Are you an experienced 3D Artist ready to take on new challenges? We’re looking for skilled and curious creatives to join our network for future consultancy opportunities. We want to connect with people who are eager to grow through consulting assignments in industries like automotive, consumer goods, and tech – primarily on-site at our clients’ offices across Sweden.

As a Brickland Consultant, you’ll help our clients bring their ideas to life through high-end 3D content. Whether you’re crafting stunning visualizations, animations, or exploring real-time solutions, you’ll play a key role in delivering inspiring work.

Assignments may vary in scope and duration. Many are based outside Gothenburg, so we’re especially looking for candidates who are open to working on-site or in hybrid setups in other locations across Sweden.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality 3D content in line with creative briefs, timelines.
• Work across the full 3D pipeline: modeling, lighting, look development, animation, and post-production
• Understand client needs and contribute to storyboarding, concept development, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate closely with creatives, designers, and producers
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, contributing ideas and improvements
• Act as a reliable and professional consultant – clear, responsive, and solution-oriented in your communication

Who You Are

We’re looking for people who combine strong craft skills with a proactive and flexible mindset. You enjoy collaborating, adapting to different workflows, and taking responsibility for your part in a larger delivery.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of work experience in 3D visualization, animation, or related fields

• Are skilled in tools like 3ds Max, Maya, V-Ray  and Photoshop/Nuke/After Effects

• Have experience with real-time engines (Unreal/Unity) and understand the potential of interactive visuals.

• Have a strong sense of lighting, composition, realism, and storytelling

• Communicate clearly in English and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

• Are curious about new tools and always looking to grow

• Are open to consulting assignments outside Gothenburg (relocation/on-site or hybrid)
